I joined in 2006 and had never played bowls before. The environment was welcoming and members were very friendly. I became president in 2009 and really enjoyed my time in office. If anyone is thinking of taking up bowls as there hobby, I would highly recommend Grantham Indoor Bowling Club. It has been a great place for me to just relax and enjoy myself. The people are great, the meals are perfect and great value. Since joining, I have come on leaps and bounds at the game. I love the club and the friends I have made.
